Sky Soulmates provides travel assistance. We are not an airline and we do not own or operate flights. We search available airlines on your behalf and assist you with the booking process.

Requests are not bookings

Submitting a travel request does not guarantee flight availability or booking, and does not purchase or reserve a ticket. Flight options, prices and availability are subject to change. Our team will confirm available options with you before any purchase is made.

Accuracy of information

You are responsible for providing accurate traveller names, contact details and travel dates. Airlines may charge for corrections after a booking is issued.

Airline terms

All bookings are subject to the terms, baggage rules, change and cancellation policies of the airline or supplier concerned.
